Georgia Physicians South (also known as GPS) is the result of the merger of two large practices with four locations in the Waycross area. GPS needed a new brand for their combined practice that would allow them to retain their patient bases and better compete with large hospital groups.
Using management workshops and independent research, we analyzed their competitive position and proposed a marketing strategy (who is the audience, what is the message, and what are the means to communicate it).
We conducted a half-day branding workshop to define the Georgia Physicians South brand values and attributes.
We designed a new logo, tagline and accompanying visual identity which would be used on the new website and any future marketing materials.
We photographed the doctors and staff (some 80 people) on their four premises in and around Waycross.
We designed and executed a brand launch campaign to introduce the new brand and website, using a variety of local print media.
